Customers who visit the Cookie Connector will be provided with a randomized Digital Cookie URL from within their zip code. Please complete a form for each Girl Scout and each zip code (one zip code per form) to which they are able to provide In-Person Delivery. By submitting this form and checking "I agree" below, I agree to the following: 1. My Girl Scout's Digital Cookie URL will be shared on Girl Scouts of Western Washington's website from February 14–March 10, 2025 and will randomly be provided, based on zip code, to community customers. 2. Customers who visit my Girl Scout's URL will have the option to purchase cookies for In-Person Delivery, Direct Shipping, and Donation. 3. I will approve In-Person Delivery orders received. I will assist my Girl Scout in coordinating deliveries with customers and deliver all approved orders. 4. I have reviewed page 11 of the 2025 Family Guide and understand the expectations regarding the process for In-Person Delivery orders, which includes contacting customers within 48 hours of approving their order to discuss order delivery date and time, delivering orders within 1 week of order approval (after cookies have arrived) and marking the orders as delivered within 24 hours of providing cookies to the customer. 5. If In-Person Delivery orders placed through my Girl Scout's Digital Cookie URL are not properly delivered, I understand that I may be charged shipping costs to ensure the order is provided to the customer. 6. I will keep Digital Cookie updated by marking when In-Person Delivery orders have been delivered to the customer and will keep my own log of when (date and time) and where my Girl Scout delivers each order.
